Comments: The Texas Department of Rural Affairs used its internal Financial System to obtain the TBPC/NIGP (Class and Item) codes for all goods and services purchased utilizing a purchase order. For goods and services purchased without a purchase order, manual research by agency staff was necessary to obtain the requested information.
